South African kid influencer, Kairo Forbes, was a recent guest on the “5 Unscripted with Jodell Tantij” podcast, where she delved into a variety of topics, including the joys of being a big sister to Asante and her dream of becoming a fashionista one day.

The 15-minute-long, heart-warming interview saw Forbes painting a T-shirt while skipping from one topic to another with podcast host, Jodell Tantij.

Speaking about being a big sister, Forbes shared: “There’s a game where maybe I’m just changing in my room, like putting on my shoes or something, and Asante just knocks on the door, and when I open the door, she runs away ...

“She’s a good hider sometimes.”

Forbes mentioned that she took on big sister responsibilities like when she chose the “Cocomelon” theme for Asante’s first birthday party in 2022.

When Tantij asked the nine-year-old which animal she would chose to talk to, if she could, she said she would chose to talk to her dog.

“I would ask it why does it poo in the house ... My dog’s name is Cleo, I don’t think I’ve took her for training but she doesn’t always poo in the house, just sometimes.”

Forbes said that she had to clean up the mess and would not pay someone to do it for her.

Later, the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards-winner shared a special memory about her late rapper father, AKA.

“We used to go to Papachinos a lot. Daddy really liked when I went to Papachinos. He just really liked that place a lot ... the playground, the machines, and daddy would get stuff from the claw machine for me, he was really good at the claw machine and I am getting better at it.”

During the interview, Forbes revealed that she loved modelling and fashion.

“I always wanted to do modelling, I liked doing funny stuff with my things, I’d just make styles out of clothing. I just like clothing, there’s so many different colours and styles they come in.

Her advise to other youngsters was to follow their dreams.

“You can do anything,” said Forbes.
