Known as thejourneyofbeencalzd, the woman did not hold back as she told the manufacturer her thoughts on the switch up. Holding up a tray of biscuits, the woman says she's very upset!
"So here I'm thinking I'm having pre-festive vibes. Gonna have some festive traditions before the festive...but I'm mad now! I'm mad! Who asked you to change the arrangement, yet again? Mr Baker's man, why do we always go through a festive surprise with you? Why did you take out the chocolate ones?" Who asked you to take them out?" the woman rants.
She goes on to describe the rest of the offerings in the box (including the biscuits her daughter already ate) and is very upset about not only having to pay a lot of money for the biscuits, but to open the box and find the surprise she didn't ask for!
