As mayor, you’ll have the opportunity to support a community project or NGO that you believe deserves funding. Your motivation can be shared via text or voice note – a chance to champion the causes that matter most to your neighbourhood.
But that’s not all – the community that gets the most votes for their project will win a grant to fund an NGO-led initiative, while the five runner-up areas will each receive R10,000 to support their local projects.
