The struggle to get accepted into an higher education institution is tough, especially for the Class of 2021.
About 700 604 candidates who wrote the National Senior Certificate examinations, only 34% will be admitted to the 26 public and private universities for the 2022 academic year.

“Countries like South Korea begin their yearly intake in April. Students who begin their training now will have just enough time to complete their course and apply for a job,” said O’Sullivan.
